I would like to take this opportunity to tell you more about the company. I started my career in automotive sales in 2017 with SKODA quickly becoming a fully trained and accredited salesman in the VWG group. I transitioned to Volkswagen in 2018 where I was with them for a few years. I then moved away from a dealership level to a leasing company selling passenger and commercial vehicles.
I then left the motor trade and moved to Dubai to do real estate sales. I became a licensed broker and was living out there for 2 years. During this period is where I came across social media marketing. It was being used heavily to attract wealthy property investors to the region set up by the developers and the real estate companies. I started to create my own during this period to get leads for myself.
Since moving back to the UK I went straight back into the Automotive industry working with Mercedes-Benz, BMW and back to VWG.
One thing I have noticed over that last few years is that footfall onto a dealerships forecourt has massively reduced. Where as potential customers now have all the information available to them online with even the possibility of purchasing a vehicle direct from the manufacturer website.
It is now more important than ever to have an online presence marketing leasing deals and used cars for your business.
